According to Terms of the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand, individual investors engaging in high-risk products must verify their identity using the National Digital ID (NDID) system. This system involves identity verification via Thailand's banks or other service providers.
For Thai Citizens:
Required Document: National ID card only
Note: The ID card must be valid and not expired.
For foreigner:
Identity verification requires two types of documents:
1. Passport scanning via NFC Technology must be done using a smartphone with NFC capability.
1.1 The passport must be valid and not expired.
1.2 Verification must be completed using the ERX mobile application, available for both Android and iOS.
(Check NFC-supported iOS devices here.)
2. Additional Documents
2.1 If verifying with NFC scanning:
After NFC scanning, the system will display the page for uploading additional documents (as per section 2.3) via the ERX application.
2.2 If NFC scanning is not possible:
Submit your passport and two additional documents (as outlined in section 2.3) via email to happy@erx.io with the subject "Non-NFC Advance Trading Verification".
2.3 Additional Documents for Identity Verification
- Non-Immigrant Visa or Smart Visa (Temporary Stay Permit).
- Work Permit issued by Thai government authorities.
- House registration document in Thailand showing a 13-digit ID number (e.g., Yellow Book - Thor Ror 13).
- Identification documents issued by the government of your nationality.
