According to the Office of Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) and The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, individuals investing in high-risk products are required to do ID card dip chip verification by a Smart card reader or verify Passport with NFC via a smartphone.
For Thais :
Thai customers can choose one of the 2 ways for Advance Trading Verification which are Dip Chip" or "NFC Passport Scanning"
1. Dip Chip with ID Card
1.1 The ID card must be clear, active, and has not expired.
1.2 The customer needs to make an appointment with Customer Happiness for dip chip with ID card
1.3 The company will send an officer to do ID card verification by Smart card reader (dip chip)
2. Scan Passport with NFC via Smartphone
2.1 The passport must be active and has not expired.
2.2 The NFC Passport Scanning is supported on mobile application for Android and iOS

For Foreigners :
Foreigners need to do Advance Trading Verification by both Scanning NFC Passport and Sending Additional Documents.
1. Scan Passport with NFC via Smartphone
1.1 The passport must be active and has not expired.
1.2 The NFC Passport Scanning is supported on mobile application for Android and iOS

2. Additional Document
2.1 For customers who Scans Passport with NFC via Smartphone
After NFC Passport is scanned, the system will show an additional Document page for uploading. You need to provide 1 additional Document from number 2.3 Additional Document List
2.2 For customers who cannot Scan Passport with NFC via Smartphone
In case you cannot use ERX Application for IOS to do NFC scanning, you need to provide 2 documents from number 2.3 send to Happy@erx.io with email subject "Non-NFC Advance Trading Verification"
2.3 Additional Document List
1) Non-immigrant Visa / Smart Visa
2) Work Permit
3) Household registration for foreigners or yellow House Book (Thor. Ror.13)
4) Identification card / Document issued by your local government
