Renew KYC

1. The Email Notification

Due to the periodic verification, the customer will receive an email notification requiring you to update customer data and suitability test in order to comply with the Company's policy and regulations.

*Note: If your customer data and suitability test is not updated within deadline, your ERX account will be temporarily suspended from buying and depositing of assets, and all your active buy and sell orders will be canceled. Please plan or cancel your active buy orders before being suspended. However, your account can still sell and withdraw assets as normal.*

After you have clicked on the provided link in the email, then it will be the Sign-in page.

Please login to your ERX account, on your dashboard, there will be a message box. Click “Renew KYC”   

2. Renew KYC Process

The Renew KYC has 5 steps to complete.

               2.1 Personal Information

               2.2 NDID

               2.3 Fill in your General Information

               2.4 Suitability Test

               2.5 Knowledge Test 

You will have to do a step-by-step.

2.1 Prepare your Passport (Foreigners only) and a device with a camera, then click “Get Started”

2.1.1 Upload the front and back of your National Identification card (Thai users) or Passport (Foreigners). Please ensure that the photo meet the following requirements:

• All details on the ID are readable
• Enough light
• No reflection on the card
• No mark, line, and signature on the photo

Check that the information details are the same as on the document, then click ‘Next’

  Uploading your identity card (Back Side) then click “Next.” Check the information details again, then click ‘Next’

2.1.2 Liveness test requires using a camera. 

• If your device has a camera, click ‘Start’ to open your camera and scan your face following the instructions. 
• If your device does not have a camera, use the device that has the camera scan QR code to continue the process.

2.2 NDID

2.2.1 Read the terms and conditions of NDID service and click "Accept" to continue.

2.2.2 Please select the identity service provider that you registered NDID and have the application on the mobile

2.2.3 Complete the process on the provider’s application within the given timeframe (60 minutes).

2.2.4 Get back to ERX’s web page or application. Click ‘Next’ after completing your digital ID verification

2.3 Fill in your General Information 

Please fill in your address as your house registration, your current address (for document delivery), and other information truthfully

Provide your occupation details and company address.

• If your company address is the same as the house's registered address or current address, please click on the small box below, uncheck the box, and fill in your company address. Then click “Next.”

Provide your family information, then check the box to confirm that you're the ultimate beneficial owner and click “Next.”

2.4 Suitability Test

2.5 Knowledge Test

There are 12 questions 

2.6 Review and Confirm Your information, then click ‘Next’.

2.7 Complete the Renew KYC Process
Your information will be sent for verification, and you will get an email to confirm once your renewed KYC has been verified.
