Renew KYC

1. The Email Notification

Due to the periodic verification, the customer will receive an email notification requiring you to update customer data and suitability test in order to comply with the Company's policy and regulations.

*Note: If your customer data and suitability test is not updated within deadline, your ERX account will be temporarily suspended from buying and depositing of assets, and all your active buy and sell orders will be canceled. Please plan or cancel your active buy orders before being suspended. However, your account can still sell and withdraw assets as normal.*

After you have clicked on the provided link in the email, then it will be the Sign-in page.

Please login to your ERX account, on your dashboard, there will be a message box. Click “Renew KYC”   

2. Renew KYC Process

The Renew KYC has 5 steps and will take about 10 minutes to complete.

• Verify your passport
• Update Information
• FATCA Terms
• Suitability Test
• Review the information and Confirm 

You will have to do a step-by-step.

2.1 Prepare your Passport (Foreigners only) and a device with a camera, then click “Get Started”

2.2 Upload your Passport

After uploading, recheck your information details, then click “Next.”

2.3 Provide your house registration address and current address/mailing address.

If your current address/mailing address is the same as your house registration address, please click on the small box below. If not the same, uncheck the box and fill in your current address/mailing address. Then click “Next.”

2.4 Provide your occupation details and company address.

If your company address is the same as your house registration address or current address/mailing address, please click on the small box below. If not the same, uncheck the box and fill in your company address. Then click “Next.”

2.5 Provide your family information, then check the box to confirm that you're the ultimate beneficial owner and click “Next.”

2.6 Provide your FATCA information, upload documents (if any) then click “Next.”

2.7 After reading the FATCA terms, check the box to accept it, then click “Next.”

2.8 Answer our suitability test which has 10 questions

2.9 After answering all questions, you will get your risk assessment score and recommended asset allocation, then click “Next.”

2.10 If you are classified as a High Risk investor or below or if you are at least 60 years of age, you will get a risk warning. Please read the risk warning carefully, if you accept the risk associated with digital asset investment, check the box to accept it, then click “I Agree.”

2.11 In the final step, you will have to review and confirm your information once again and check the box to certify that the information is accurate and correct before clicking “Next.”

2.12 Your information will be sent for verification, and you will get an email to confirm once your renew KYC has been verified.
