How to send the request? 

The corporate customer can send the request for ERX account register to Email: Happy@erx.io

         The XXX company would like to create account with ERX

Additional documents are required for account registration.

  1. Acceptance documents of ERX’s terms of use and private policy
  2. Suitability Test for Corporates
  3. Knowledge Test for Corporates
  4. Documentation related to directors or shareholders holding 25% or more shares.
  5. Token Holder Benefit Payment Channel Form
    * Note: You can find the forms for "Documents needed to open a company bank account," numbers 1 to 5, in the PDF file at the end of this article.

  6. Company documents as follows:

6.1 Thai Company

      • Company registration certificate issued no later than 6 months by the Department of Business
        Development
      • Memorandum of association (Bor Or Jor 2) issued by the Department of business Development (if any)
      • Registration list (Bor Or Jor 3) issued by the Department of Business Development (if any)
      • Shareholder list (Bor Or Jor 5) issued no later than 6 months by the Department of Business
        Development
      • For Government agencies, government organizations, state enterprises, or other government agencies that is a corporation: Intention letter of the transaction, appointment letter, and power of attorney.
      • Cooperatives, foundations, associations, clubs, temples, mosques, shrines, or other similar entities: Intention letter of the transaction, registration certificate, appointment letter, and power of attorney.
      • VAT registration (Por Por 20) (if any).
      • Copy of ID card on the front and back of the card of the authorized director
      • Copy of the company's bank book
      • Latest audited financial statements
      • Minutes of the meeting approving account opening with ERX
      • Power of Attorney with 30 baht stamp duty and a copy of ID card of the authorized representative (if any)

6.2 Foreign Corporations

      • A copy no older than 6 months of the company registration certificate Issued by the country of incorporation including accredited company name, registered head office, authorized directors and terms of signing.
      • A copy of the memorandum of association and articles of the company Issued by the country of registration of the company
      • A copy of passport of the authorized directors.
      • Company statement over the past 3 months from the date of submission to ERX.
      • Latest financial statements.
      • Minutes of the meeting approving account opening with ERX
      • Power of Attorney with 30 baht stamp duty and a copy of ID card or passport of the authorized representative (if any).

* Note: All copies must be certified by the notarized officer and the Thai embassy at the country of incorporation within 6 months. (Foreign corporations) 

How to send the additional document? 

After the customer have completely prepared the Corporate Account Application form and document. 

Next, the customer needs to scan the additional document into PDF file and send to Email: Operations@erx.io

Afterward, ERX checked the documents. The customer happiness agents will inform the customer to send the original document to the ERX address
