- The procedure for using the NDID service with Bank of Ayudhya
- Log in to the mobile app
- Select the menu “NDID Service”
- Select the menu "Apply for service"
- Read the details of NDID digital identity verification service and press “Next”
- Read the terms and conditions of the service and press “Accept”
- Read and press “Confirm” to give your consent about the information
- Enter the 12-digit code on the back of your ID card and press "Next"
- Verify your personal information and press “Correct Information”
- Press “Confirm” to confirm the transaction
- Take a photo to verify your identity in the transaction
- The system will display a screen saying "Application for service has been received" and the bank will notify the result of the application via e-mail or notification menu
