2. Apply for the NDID service at the AIS service point. Verify within 24 hours.
3. Apply for the NDID service through other banking applications. Verify within 1 hour.

How to apply for NDID service with Kiatnakin Phatra Bank

1. Log in to the KKP Mobile application.
2. Select the "Services" menu and then press "NDID Services" menu.
3. Select the items that are waiting for verification and presses the "Confirm Additional Information."
4. Fill in personal information.
5. Verify information via phone number and email with OTP code received.
6. Read the terms and conditions and click on consent. Then press the "Next."
7. Take a picture of your face for identity verification.
8. Verify and confirm personal information and press the "Next."
