The process of Withdrawal Digital Assets from the ERX Digital Wallet
The digital wallet page will display an overview of your account balances for both Thai Baht cash and digital assets. You can perform deposit and withdrawal transactions on this page.
2. Select 'Withdraw' next to the digital asset you wish to withdraw. The screen will then display the withdrawal transaction page.
3. The screen will display the digital asset withdrawal transaction.
3.1 Enter the address of the destination wallet to which you would like to send the assets in the 'Deposit Address' field. This address will consist of numbers and English letters.
(If you do not know the address of your destination wallet, please refer to the user manual provided by your destination digital wallet service provider.)
3.2 Enter the amount you would like to withdraw in the “Enter the amount you wish to withdraw” field.
3.3 Check the box to confirm that the information is correct, then select “Withdraw Request”.
4. The system will prompt you to confirm the digital asset withdrawal request via email.
5. Check your email inbox for a message with the subject 'ERX Company Limited - [2FA Action Required] Withdrawal Request Received.' Then, click on “Click here” to confirm the digital asset withdrawal request.
Note : This withdrawal confirmation email is valid for 24 hours. Please complete the withdrawal confirmation within the specified time.
6. After confirming the email, the screen will display as shown below.
7. You can check the transaction ID (TXID) from the digital asset withdrawal history on the respective digital asset withdrawal page (as shown in image 3) by scrolling down to the bottom of the page where you made the transaction. Alternatively, you can check it via the "Transaction History”.
8.Once your withdrawal has been successfully processed, you will receive an email notification with the subject "Withdraw Under Process”
9.In case, the withdrawal is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notification with the subject "Withdraw Rejected."
The reasons for an unsuccessful withdrawal may be one of the following
9.1 You did not confirm the withdrawal via email within the specified time.
9.2There was an error in the withdrawal transaction.
If you receive this email, please initiate the withdrawal process again.
