Criteria for Marking Digital Assets: Digital Tokens and Cryptocurrencies
The company will promptly place a marker on the digital asset on its website and application to notify investors without delay when any of the following events occur.
1. N (Notice):
Notice of Material Change
When a digital asset undergoes changes that affect the rights and benefits of its holders, or when there are amendments to the digital token offering statement, prospectus, or whitepaper (if applicable), and the company discloses such details on its website.
2. MN (Material Non-public information):
Material Non-public Information Flag
When there is reasonable suspicion that certain traders may have access to material non-public information about the market conditions of digital asset trading, which should be disclosed to customers.
3. P30:
Price Volatility Alert
When the trading price of a digital asset changes by 30% or more compared to the matched trading price in the previous 24 hours.
4. C (Caution):
Cautionary Notice
If there are other significant events that impact the trading of digital assets, and the company discloses such information on its website as outlined in Section 19: Digital Asset Information Disclosure.
