How to reset password.

In case you forgot your password or need to change your password, there are two methods per below :

• Caution: Please carefully read: “For security reasons, once your password has been reset, withdrawals will be disabled for 24 Hrs”

Request to reset password

In case you face a problem signing in, click “Forgot password?”

You will be redirected to reset password page, fill in your registered email address and select your reset password choice whether by “Reset via Email”

Reset via Email

1. Enter your registered email, and then click “Send” to send reset password email to you

The reset password email has been sent to your email 

2. You will receive account password reset email in your registered email address, check your inbox and click “Reset Password”

Note: This link will expire in 1 hour. If you cannot find this email, please check your "Junk mail"

Set up the new password

You will be redirected to reset your password page, fill in your new preferred password and repeat your new password for confirmation then click “Reset Password” to finish the process

*Password must meet the following criteria

1. Contain at lease 8 characters

2. Contain at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)

3. Contain at least one lowercase letter (a-z)

4. Contain at least one number (0-9)

5. Contain at least one symbol (!@#$%^&*-_+=)

6. Does not contain part of username (Name, Surname, and Email Address)
