In the case of bank account changes
1st Case: Bank Account Registration
For bank account registration, the bank must be located within Thailand.
1. After you have successfully logged in, the screen will display on the dashboard, please select "Bank Account."
2. Then the system will redirect you to the "Bank Account Registration" page. Please input your bank account details by selecting your bank name and entering your account number. The account name will be automatically inputted by the system. Afterward, upload a copy of your bank statement and click "Confirm."
*Please note that the name on your bank account must match the name registered with ERX*
3. After confirming, the display will redirect you to select the method to receive revenue sharing, or other benefits payments. Then please confirm your selection.

4. Your account status will be shown as "Pending" (the processing time is within 3 working days).
5. You will receive an email from ERX registering a new bank account request.

6. Once our staff has finished verifying your information, you will receive an email confirming the completion of your bank account verification.
7. Your bank account status in our system will then be updated to "verified".
2nd Case: Change bank account
If you would like to change your bank account, please go to the "Bank Account" page.
Please note that the process will take 3 working days. Your new bank account will be activated only after you receive an email confirmation titled "New Bank Account Activation" from ERX. However, you can still use your old bank account during the process.
How to Change Bank Account
1. Select "Change" on the Manage Bank Account page.
2. A notification will be sent to explain the company's policy regarding bank account changes.
The process of changing a bank account takes 3 business days. Your current bank account will remain active until the new bank account is approved. After approval, your old bank account will be automatically deactivated.
3. You must accept our terms to be able to proceed by clicking “Yes”
4. You will be redirected to the Add bank account page to add your new bank account details. The process is the same as in Section 1: Add the bank account above
