**If, after following all these steps, you still do not receive the OTP, please contact your mobile network provider (e.g., AIS, TRUE, DTAC) to unblock SMS from ERX and OKTA.
1. If you do not receive the 2FA code after clicking "Send Code" within 30 seconds, the button will change to "Re-send."
2. Click the "Re-send" button.
3. The system will send 2FA code to your registered mobile phone number within 30 seconds.
4. Enter the code you received into the "Verification code" field and click the "Submit" button.
5. You will now have full access to your account.
