How to Deposit Funds via Bank Transfer
1. After logging into the system (refer to How to Sign In for more details), select “Digital Wallet” from the menu bar. You will then be directed to your ERX wallet page.
2. The screen will display the "Digital Wallet" page, showing an overview of your Thai Baht balance and all digital tokens. You can perform deposit or withdrawal transactions directly from this page.
3. Click “Deposit” next to the Thai Baht currency you wish to deposit. You will then be directed to the deposit transaction page.
4. Select "Bank Transfer," then enter the amount you wish to deposit and click "Deposit."
On the right-hand side of the screen, the process, account name, and bank account details will be displayed as outlined below.

5. After clicking "Deposit," the system will automatically display an email screen for you to attach proof of the bank transfer. Please send the evidence to the company for verification.
6. You will receive a notification email from ERX confirming that the company has received your deposit request, along with the details of the deposit.
7. Your account balance will be updated within 24 hours, but no later than 3 business days (T+3) after you have submitted valid proof of deposit. You can check the status of your deposit in the "Deposit History" section, which appears at the bottom of the deposit page.
If the status is In Progress, it will display as New.
If the deposit has been successfully completed, the status will display as FullyProcessed.

8. Once the company has reviewed and approved your deposit transaction, ERX will send you an email notification confirming that your deposit request has been successfully completed.
You can proceed with trading by referring to the Guide to Trading digital assets for further details.
Note:
1. At present, you can link only one bank account with the company, and the transferred amount must originate from the registered bank account.
2. Please ensure that the deposited amount matches the exact amount displayed on the screen, including the decimal points. The deposit must be made from the linked bank account to the ERX account as shown on the screen.
3. There are no fees for deposits.
