You can easily deposit Fiat currency by following the steps below:
After you have logged in to your account (Learn more How to log in to ERX account), click “Wallet” in the menu tab, you will be redirected to the ERX Wallet page.
ERX wallet page will show your overall account balances for both fiat and digital tokens and provide you with an option to deposit or withdraw.
Deposit cash
1. Click on the “Deposit” button after the fiat (THB) you would like to deposit, you will then be redirected to the Deposit page
2. The system will provide both methods for a deposit, then you can fill in the amount you wish to deposit
2.1 Choose "Bank Transfer"

2.2 Enter the amount you wish to deposit
2.3 Click "Deposit"
2.4 Transfer your funds to the following account

NOTE:
1. Currently, you can only register 1 bank account and the transfer amount must be made from your registered bank account
2. Please deposit the EXACT amount as shown with decimals and only from your registered bank account into the stated ERX account
3. There is no fee for deposits
3. An email template will be popped-up with a pre-filled subject. Attach the deposit slip you have transferred then press send an email.
4. You will also receive an email notification from ERX that a Cash deposit request has been received providing the deposit request details, you can click upload proof of deposit in the email, and will be redirected to your ERX account.
NOTE: ERX accepts proof of payment in both photo and file format
5. Your balance will be updated within 24 hours but no more than 3 business days (T+3) after uploading the correct proof of payment and you can check your deposit status in “Deposit History”
If it is currently in the process, the status will show “New.”
If it is already done, the status will show “FullyProcess.”
6. After we have reviewed and approved your deposit, ERX will send an email to inform you of the successful deposit request. You are ready to trade immediately by clicking “Start Trading”
