1. Click on 'Raise a Complaint' at the bottom of the website page.
2. Fill in the details clearly and completely in the form.
3. Choose topic you would like to raise.
4. For the "Send to" subject, select "Compliance," then click "Send message." The system will automatically send your complaint information to the Compliance department.
5.The relevant department will contact you within 3 working days.
