How to change the phone numbers for 2FA?

If you would like to change your registered mobile phone number, please follow these steps:

1. For verification and authentication, you are required to take a photo of yourself which contains these details:

1. 1. Your face ( Look straight to the camera, clear and nothing covers your face).

   2. One hand holdings registered Passport/ID card (with seeing all details).

   3. Another hand is holding a paper with these messages:

      1. "Change Mobile Number Request from 08X-XXX-XXXX to 08X-XXX-XXXX".

      2. "erx.io"

      3. Date (e.g. 01/01/2021)

      4. Your signature

2. After that, send the picture from No.1 as:

1. 1. Send to: happy@erx.io

   2. Subject: Change Mobile Number Request.

Kindly note that before the process is done cannot log in to the account within that time. 

3. After the officer receives your email, it will be checked and replied to your registered email within 3 business days. After you received the email, please follow:

1. 1. log in to the system at erx.io or Applications ERX: Digital Assets Exchange.
