The process of Depositing funds (Thai baht) via QR Code
1. After logging in (For more details: How to Sign in ), select “Wallet” from the menu bar on the left side. You will be directed to the ERX wallet page.
2. The screen will display the “Wallet” page, which provides an overview of the balance of Thai Baht and all digital assets. You can make deposit or withdrawal transactions on this page.
3. Select “Deposit" next to the THB (Thai Baht). You will then be directed to the deposit transaction page.
4. Select “QR payment” and enter the amount you would like to deposit. Then, click “Deposit”.
5. The deposit information screen will display automatically. Scan the QR Code to make the deposit, and the amount will be credited to your digital wallet.
6. The system will automatically send you an email notification of the “Deposit Request.”
7. After the fund has been credited to your ERX wallet, a “Deposit Successful” email will be sent to the customer. The customer can review the transaction history in this email.
Remark:
- At this time, you can register only one bank account with the company.
- Please deposit the exact amount displayed on the screen, including the decimal points, and only deposit from the registered bank account to the ERX account as shown on the screen.
- No fees for deposits.
- The QR Code can be used only once. If no deposit is made, the QR code deposit order will expire at 23:59 on the transaction date.
