How to change the email address

If you would like to change your registered email, please follow these steps:

1. For verification and authentication, you are required to take a photo of yourself which contain these details:

1. 1. Your face ( Look straight to the camera, clear and nothing covers your face)

   2. One hand holdings registered Passport/ID card (with seeing all detail)

   3. Another hand is holdings a paper with these messages:

      1. "Change Email Address from (your old email address) to (your new email address)"

      2. "erx.io"

      3. Date (e.g. 01/01/2021)

      4. Your signature

2. After that send the picture from No.1 as:

1. 1. Send to: happy@erx.io

   2. Subject: Change Email Address Request

3. After the officer receives your email, it will be checked. Your email will be changed within 7 days, and we will inform you via email.

Noted: You temporally cannot log in to your account until it is entirely changed.

4. After your registered email has changed, you will receive a reset password email; please click "Reset Password" and then log in to the system with your new email.
